The Floyd County Police Department hosts the annual charity golf tournament at Stonebridge Golf Course located at 585 Stonebridge Drive, Rome, GA 30165. This event has more than 20 years of history, providing assistance to local non-profit agencies.This year's event will be held on Friday, November 6 at 9:00 a.m. at Stonebridge Golf Course located at 585 Stonebridge Drive, Rome.
Xander Bickers, the son of Sgt. Dan Bickers, is this year's beneficiary. Xander is navigating a courageous battle with osteosarcoma. T-shirts will be sold and all proceeds will go towards the total amount raised for Xander. This provides an other option for those who want to participate or donate but cannot sponsor a team or sign.
